Why we started

It started on a sales floor.

Our founder took a sales job and struggled with it. Instead of trying to talk smoother, he built himself a tool that fed on every shift’s numbers and told him the one thing to fix each day. Within two months he was the top producer on the team, and the teammates he taught it to climbed too.

That’s the idea Verdax is built on. Most managers want to develop their people, but nobody has the hours to coach every rep, every week.
